Installation Tutorials

This tutorial shows you how you can install mods even though they have conflicting files. The example is a mapskin together with a minions and strctures mod.

If you encounter any issues with this tutorial or you don’t understand part of it, you can ask for help on the Killerskins-Discord server

Infos

Most map skins come with modified structures, jungle creeps and minions. However we also have a bunch of mods that load those seperately and therefore are usually not compatible with each other and can be only used without a mapskins.

This tutorial shows you how you can use them anyways:

In this tutorial I will be using Frozen Rift and Halloween Rift (which is only a structures, minions and jungle creeps mod) by Bloo Jae.

Required tutorials

In order to follow this tutorial you must understand and be able to follow the following tutorials:

Written tutorial

First import both the mapskins and the other mod for structures etc.

Now you need to list your “preferred” mod first, meaning the one that loads structures etc. In my case, it’s the exact wrong way around.

So the easiest way to change the order is to add a number in front of the mods.

Lastly you will have to go into CSLoL settings and enabled “Suppress install conflicts”.

Now when you run CSLoL it will first load the structures etc. and load the rest from the mapskin and ignore the structures etc. there.
